Our April 2018 Automatic Watch Favourites.

If you’re reading this, then you are a lover of the mechanical timepiece of beauty that you put on every morning. From a Bremont to an Omega, an automatic watch is something that you enjoy taking care of because it’s your own investment.

With investments in mind, we wanted to look at some of the watches that designers have invested in bringing to our market this March.

Octo Finissimo Automatic Tourbillon

A record-breaking achievement for Bulgari as the Octo Finissimo collection introduces the thinnest ever automatic, the Octo Finissimo Automatic Tourbillon. Announced at Baselworld 2018, this watch measures just 3.95mm thin. Thinner than three 1 pence coins stacked together. This is not the first time that Octo Finissimo has broken a record, with the Tourbillion previously being a slightly thicker 5mm timepiece.

Carrera Calibre 16 Chronograph Collection

If you’re a fan of a TAG Heuer, then you will be excited to hear that they’ve expanded their Carrera Calibre 16 chronograph collection. In black or blue, this sporty automatic comes with a 43mm diameter case and is of course water resistant up to 100 meters. The blue style features a stainless-steel strap whilst the polished steel case and face come in a cool blue. If you’re keeping with a traditional black, then you can change the strap to a comfortable black leather with red stitching.
