Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving an order. We use reputable couriers like UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service and all items will be tracked for your peace of mind. Privacy & Security
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not pass your data to third parties for marketing nor will we resell it. We will only contact you about your order and matters that we feel may be relevant to you. You will have the right to unsubscribe from any mailings we send you that will be sent in compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive. 
Returns & Replacements
Your purchase on this website is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item to us in the US at Barrington Watch Winders, 1430 Willamette St #400, Eugene, Oregon 97401-4049 or to the UK at Barrington Watch Winders, Unit C1C Comet Studios, De Havilland Court, Penn Street, Amersham, HP7 0PX. If there is a fault with the item then we will pay the return postage but if not we must ask you to pay for return postage. In addition we guarantee the quality of all our watch winders for 12 months from the date of purchase with a "Back to base" warranty. This means in the rare instance that you may encounter a problem with your winder within that period, please email us at sales@barringtonwatchwinders.com or call us on 1 888 3584025 with details and we will make arrangements to resolve the situation or, failing that, we will ask you to return the winder to us to be repaired/replaced as appropriate.
Ordering
You can place your order for your watch winder via our website where payments are processed securely for us by either Sagepay (for credit cards) or Paypal. If you wish to purchase over the phone then please call us on 01494 410126 and we can take your order in minutes using SagePay's secure systems. For your extra security, we do not retain your credit card details. You can also pay via cheque and if you wish to do so please send a letter and cheque made payable to Galty Ventures Ltd. to Galty Ventures Ltd., Unit C1C Comet Studios, De Havilland Court, Penn Street, Amersham, HP7 0PX 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We will from time to time run promotions but where two promotions may overlap we can only accept one promotion with each order.
